LVDI MMA RETREATS respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit our website, enquire about a retreat, make a booking, join a payment plan, attend an LVDI retreat or otherwise interact with us.
In this Policy, “LVDI”, “we”, “us” and “our” means LVDI MMA RETREATS.

LVDI operates retreats internationally. This means we may need to disclose relevant personal information to overseas recipients, including accommodation providers, training facilities, coaches, activity operators and suppliers located in the country where a retreat is being held.
For example, for a retreat in Thailand, we may provide necessary participant information to suppliers in Thailand to organise accommodation, training, activities, dietary requirements or other retreat arrangements.
We will take reasonable steps to only disclose information that is necessary and to work with suppliers who are expected to handle it appropriately. However, overseas recipients may be subject to privacy laws that differ from Australian privacy laws.

Our use of retreat media is covered by our Event Terms & Conditions and any waiver or consent you complete. We may use approved media for marketing, social media, educational content, advertising and promotional purposes.
Where you notify us before a retreat that you do not wish to appear in promotional content, we will use reasonable efforts to respect your request. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group images or recordings.
10. Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
We may store information electronically using secure third-party systems, including email platforms, cloud storage, website platforms, accounting software, booking tools and customer-management systems.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us online.
