LVDI MMA Retreats Cancellation & Emergency Policy

At LVDI, we're committed to providing an unforgettable martial arts experience. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, please review the following cancellation, payment, and emergency policies.

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 weeks prior to the retreat start date if paying directly.
  • A payment plan option is available at checkout to make the retreat more accessible.
  • If you book within 10 weeks of the retreat, payment must still be completed using one of the approved checkout methods.
  • Failure to complete payment by the required deadlines may result in forfeiting your place and deposit.

2. Participant Cancellations

Important: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All credits are valid for 18 months.

If you need to cancel your attendance:

TIME BEFORE RETREAT CREDIT OFFERED
More than 60 days 100% credit (minus 30% deposit)
30-59 days 75% credit (minus 30% deposit)
Less than 30 days 50% credit, only if your spot is filled

All credits are valid for 18 months.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: lvdimartialarts@gmail.com

3. Coach Cancellation or Substitution

  • If a scheduled coach or guest instructor becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances:
    • A qualified substitute coach will be provided.
    • The retreat will proceed as planned, and no credits will be issued for lineup changes.

4. Illness, Injury, or Personal Emergency

  • If you are unable to attend due to personal illness, injury, or emergency:
    • A partial credit may be issued at LVDI's discretion, especially if your spot can be filled.
    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

5. Travel & Accommodation Disruptions

  • LVDI is not responsible for delays or cancellations related to flights, visas, accommodations, or other third-party services.
  • Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
